Unfortunately my new laptop with Windows XP is not accepting the Lumenera camera driver, so I can't use it! They asked me to close Photoshop and all other applications. Did that. Then they suggested to Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield on the Windows Explorer -> Rename the "Install Shield folder" to "Old Install Shield" -> Run the installer should work fine. -> Rename the Folder back to Original name. I tried this as well but no change. Same message! Thanks for comments. Deleted both Lucam and the driver and re-installed both dowloading the driver from the LuCam website this time. Whatever it was it's all fixed now.
