They are the Oberkochens. The 'B' version was designed for eye glass wearers. The have a 7.4 Degree FOV.They were produced in the 1960's. I missed out on a similar pair recently. They are a desirable and collectable bino. That appears to be the going price for ones in excellent condition.

Here is a picture of Brock's aus JENA 8x50B OCTAREM. I had a chance to look through it, very bright excellent image. Heavy binocular made for bigger hands.:-)
