As you may know Mike,I have ALWAYS believed that there are these little hitch hikers of potential life forms traveling throughout our universe on icy comets waiting to land on a home that its inhabitants will call home and eventually name "Earth".I really admire Robert Haag, his name was among the first after I googled "meteorites" at the start of my interest.

Dick, I agree with you that life may have hitchhiked here and/or elsewhere on meteorites and comets.

For those newbies who might not know -

Robert Haag picked up Harvey Nininger's torch and has carried it admirably. In fact, as told in Norton's Rocks from Space, Haag met Nininger in his later years and Nininger expressed approval of Haag. Haag also used many of Nininger's field methods to find meteorites - including educating local fieldhands and farmers on what to look for and offering to pay a bounty for odd stones laying around the farm or fencelines.

Robert Haag has been an ambassador for meteorites to the general public for a long time, and I hope he continues to do so for a long time to come.
