Weight of an ETX-60BB or 90?
      #2486704 - 06/27/08 04:33 PM

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone knows the weight of the 60BB or the 90 packed in its bag. I planning on going on a 50-mile hike in the mountains soon and would love to bring along a scope.

I would prefer a scope over binos as I would still like to have a grab-n-go scope. I have a 125 and I've been more than pleased with it.

Thanks in advance everyone!

I think the weight with tripod is around 20-25lbs.

According to my bathroom scale my ETX-60BB in its backpack weighs 9.5 pounds, 11.5 with its tripod.
