Well, I'll try to be more serious....
Here is my 4" Unitron with the wieghted clock drive, tracking Saturn. This is in a cornfield across the street from my house in Eureka, Pa. This is a timed exposure with light being provided by the moon.

Sigh....all you guys make me green....I dream about Bortle Scale 3....and that is 2 hours away....Planning a camping trip real soon....Nothing like the canoe, the scope and the family.
Really nice sites though...beats my asphalt jungle any day.

Your views look good in either direction. But there seems to obstructions in the sky. Especially in one photo that a telescope can't see through. I love the distant horizons though. You have to get rid of that blanket in the middle.

Here's a shot of the dark site for the Rocky Mountain Star Stare last week - an area called Lost Park, about 10 miles from Kenosha Pass in Park County, CO. Great views with the 9800' elevation, but temps were in the high 30s after midnight - in July! Brrr!
