Hi,
welcome to post on the forum! Pretty nice pics you have for first shots.

Dorsa Smirnov in the second pic looks impressive, being that close to terminator. Also Posidonius walled plain (some 100 km in diameter) in the uppermost left of the pic comes out nice - and Le Monnier a bit below looks smooth like silk.

In your first pic, Theophilus central mountain looks like a single mountaintop (height 1400 m) and presents it's majestetic beauty - yet it actually consists of 4 summits (3 of which I have managed to catch)! - Torricelli and Hypatia can also be located pretty nice in the first and third pic!

Thanks for sharing these with us!

Be well!

You obviously know your moon. I just saw what appeared to be craters and mountain type ranges.

I am happy that I got these shots for my first attempt.

Thanks and hope to get more in the future!

Hi,
thanks for revisiting that shot. - It looks even better.

Anyhow, would you like to have additional ideas and discuss on enhancing your techniques on Lunar photography, please post on the solar system imaging and processing -forum. It is intented for that purpose!

For an idea, see for instance this thread for tips!

Be well!
