Well........sorry I havent posted lately. So little time. Im getting ready for a one night public outreach star party Saturday. Printed 30 copys of "getting started in astronomy" to pass out, taking several copys of old Orion catalogues for any one interested. Loaded the "hubble deep feild video" on my lap top for people to watch. I think Im ready. I had hoped to get a few Ohioans to come. So whats everyone doing this saturday ????

True, but finding crews to fly those days is difficult, for some reason. They're certainly cheap; I hear the airlines report very little fuel costs those days.

I`m a little confused and this thread is slipping to far down. Is LCSP the first weekend in Oct? Is it at the Horstman residence? Is it really a star party or is it a chocolate eating, alcohol drinking, cigar smoking event? Before you answer the last question, remember that I saw the picutres from BEOTS.
