Viewing with two eyes is more comfortable than one, however, image quality will be degraded and less light will be transmitted to the eyes.

That spotting scope new to me. But, you can get binoviewers and attach them to telescopes.

perhaps you would do well to take one more step down on the main page of CN forums and click on the Binoviewer Forum.
There are numerous brands of binoviewers available, and an unlimited choice of eyepieces. Pick any scope you'd like and fit it with an erect image diagonal and you're all set. You could do this for two eyepieces $100 + BVer $200 + diagonal $75 + scope $300-$500.
If you'd like to step up in quality, two Tak LE eyepieces $260 + BVer $400 + diagonal $150 + scope $1000, and you'd have a setup of the some of the finest optics available on the market today.

For birding/nature at a distance, I use miyauchi 22x60s-they are more comefortable than one eyed viewing, light weight, and easy to set up. These are no longer available new, but the fuji 16x70s or their clones should work as well. The individual focus is the only problem but ok at a distance with a still object.
