Orion's duluxe adpter is gone?
      #2516479 - 07/13/08 01:22 PM

I just read ""BEST OF" the Binocular Forum - Start Here." In the part of tripod adapters, it seems that Orion's duluxe adapter is gone, or the name and price are changed.

Here are the quotes: "the two best tripod adapters are Orion's deluxe (search in Orion accessories)" and "Orion's sell for about 18.95."

Here's the link: http://www.telescope.com/control/category/~category_id=bino_accessories/~pcategory=binoculars

Orion's is the Large Binocular-Tripod L-Adapter $19.95

Simple, thicker metal than most and taller.

I'm not asking any questions; just telling you that the name and price are changed.
