I like to try to attempt to create cross stitch patterns and thought I would give a portion of the constellations a try.
Cloudy Nights forum name was the inspiration for the saying I wrote at the bottom. It glows in the dark too

That's really great!
I knit occasionally, but have never gotten very good at it. I have kind of wanted to look into trying astro designs.
Is cross-stitch difficult?

I wouldn't say it's difficult. They have patterns for all levels of ability. The hardest part is finding astro related patterns. That's one of the reasons I'm starting to make my own patterns.
In a way cross stitch is a dying art. Scrapbooking seems to be taking over. So I encourage you or anyone else who's interested to try your hand at it. :cool

Dear AstroGirl
Nice cosmic stitching!
It would be great to see this as wearable clothing. I think it brings awareness to looking up to the skies and learning the constellations.
Keep up the great astro stitiching!

Thanks Mark!
I'm gonna try to do that design on a T-Shirt as soon as I can get all the supplies I need for it. When I get it done I'll post a picture. Thanks for the suggestion about the wearable art
