I used on-line Digital Sky Survey photos to identify the pair with a little help from Lowell Ob the discoverers. What do you use to find the white dwarfs? I am interested in imaging red dwarfs and the software out there right now cannot filter by star class very well most of them are more geared to DSO's. You can use the red/blue plates from the on-line Digital Sky Survey [via Google] to spot red and white dwarfs and also by their movement against the star background as all these stars are fairly near to earth. They have not released this version for some reason in the USA but I got a new copy coming from a vendor on ebay. Many of the White/Red dwarfs have not been measured for parallax, which is something I want to try. Thanks again.
