The "dumbell" is actually a pair of craters. The crater with the central peak that appears attached to the feature in question is Theophilus, and the lobe to which it is attached is the crater Cyrillus. The southern lobe is Catharina. That bright shark tooth feature to the right of Theophilus appears to be Mons Penck.
