Has anyone with the SynScan hand controller, seen any improvemnt(s) with the latest 3.23 update? I'm having difficulty interpreting the release notes. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, since I have upgraded, I have seen quite an improvement in the cloud coverage...
Wish I could tell you more, but I have been starved for the last week and a half (only rain & clouds...)
I play with my scope in the basement, and take pics of my eyepieces...
HELP!!!!

Yeah, I know...just don't do any browsing on the equipment sites..extremely dangerous! Re-read your manuals instead!

In case, some people are wondering, the 3.23 release note indicates the following:

1. Fix bugs existed in firmware version 3.22--Now tracking mode is deactivated automatically when the goto object selected is an user-defined alt-azimuth position.
2. Fix bugs existed in firmware version 3.22--Now the hand control will not lock up when the user chooses to advance directly to the Show Position option, skipping the initial alignment procedure.

I have the release notes and read it, but I still do not understand fully what they (SkyWatcher) were achieving.
