Again, last night I was able to see it faintly with an 80mm f/5 achro at 16X with an O-III filter. Not bright but there with direct vision, barely. Without the O-III it was only discernable with averted vision.

I have to next time with a filter. I have both O-III and a LPS filter, which would best with the Mallincam?

My guess would be the LPS but why not try both and see which works the best.

Matt (cold space) and I tried comparing various filters when mallincam'ing M27 and we thought the IDAS LPS and Astronomik CLS were best.
