This is what I came up with from S&T's moon tracker that seems to correspond with my images.
00:04 UT, Ganymede begins transit of Jupiter.
02:38 UT, Ganymede's shadow begins to cross Jupiter.
02:50 UT, Callisto begins transit of Jupiter.
03:22 UT, Ganymede ends transit of Jupiter.
05:58 UT, Callisto ends transit of Jupiter.
06:00 UT, Ganymede's shadow leaves Jupiter's disk.
08:26 UT, Io begins transit of Jupiter.
08:46 UT, Callisto's shadow begins to cross Jupiter.
09:06 UT, Io's shadow begins to cross Jupiter.
09:06 UT, ** A multi-shadow transit event begins. **
10:42 UT, Io ends transit of Jupiter.
11:22 UT, Io's shadow leaves Jupiter's disk.
11:22 UT, ** The multi-shadow transit event ends. **
12:14 UT, Callisto's shadow leaves Jupiter's disk.

Got the issue settled! The animation will be running on spaceweather.com in the next few days. He pulled it from todays spaceweather.com and will be revising and reposting it in the next day or two. It is indeed Ganymede's shadow and Callisto itself appearing as dark spots.
