ISS with ATV(Jules Verne)on July 30
      #2567840 - 08/08/08 07:03 AM Attachment (17 downloads)

Dear friends and colleagues

Attached is an additional result of an ISS-imaging session on July 30.This result is composed of different
frames within one second of exposure.( used are other frames then the first result). In this capture, especially
the European Transfer Vehicle (ATV)named Jules Verne stands good into the light.Probably this may be one of the
last good views of the ATV,as it departs from the ISS in September.

Conditions were not looking optimistic about 1/2 hour before the pass on 2008/07/30(84°ELEV-N)
High cloud cover and a pass in considerable bright twilight.A few minutes before fly-over though,
deterioration developed negative when clouds started to depart rapidly.Influence of early-evening seeing
within one hour after sunset may worked out positively probably, providing shortly better seeing the
general that evening.
