Hello all, Here is a shot of Atlas and Hercules which I managed to grab yesterday, it was taken from my back garden in Dunedin. For once the seeing was not too bad at all. I enjoyed looking at the details apparent through my eyepieces. After a long hard stressful day at work, it was just the tonic I needed to de-stress myself.(One of the advantages of astronomy)it is a tonic to go out and enjoy the wonders of creation. Anyway. I hope you enjoy the image,I can revisit my session of yesterday anytime now! (Just as well, clouds and snow at time of writing!). Keep well. Larry

Hello Kieth, I have an Orion Optics (UK) OMC 200 (200mm Mak) that is an optimised lunar/planetary scope, it is F20 at prime focus. I usually image using a star diagonal, as I had the misfortune to have a ccd drop out of the end of my scope and smash! The ccd I use is a opticstar 122. I usually get a 30 sec AVI which I process in Registax. I hope this info is of help. Regards Larry
