To all - Updated
Unfortunately, as I started the rough sketch of the "X" Feature terminator region, the clouds moved in to totally obscure it before I could get only a rough beginning in partial daylight. That "X" Feature is at the far right of this very rough sketch. I'll have to wait another 29 days to see it again, pending also the weather of course again.
So in the mean time out of curiosity to research a bit more, I found a very comprehensive lunar site for lunation effected features described in great detail > A Hitch-hikers Guide to the Moon >
http://www.shallowsky.com/moon/rukl55.html
Well I haven't posted the art yet but as I have planned to do a close-up sketch of the lunar terminator tonight, weather pending, I see that Spaceweather.com has announced the Lunar "X" feature at the terminator for tonight. They report it lasts for only 2 hours but I do not see in their time-tables of 2306 Eastern Time if that is the beginning or midway. THat wold be 8 PM Pacific which is 1/2 hour before sunset for Portland and the west coast.
Will other artists sketch this terminator region tonight?

Mark,
Excellent sketch of the Lunar X. I saw it last evening with Tommy5 at Moraine Valley college but did not have the opportunity to sketch it.

Thanks to all
It was not really the full size work that I usually do. I hurried to capture only a rough rendering as the clouds were approaching fast.
Tonight at the large star party in the Columbia River Gorge 25 miles east of Portland, with many astronomers from the local Rose City Astronomers club, perhaps hundreds or up to a thousand count of the public, I will attempt a larger work of the curent terminator in detail.
Expect something new and epic ! . . .

Mark,
An excellent observation of a very interesting feature on the Moon. I guess X does mark the spot! Thank you for sharing it with us all.
Tommy- An excellent image of the Moon and x-shaped feature.

Nice sketch. I sketched the x about 2-3 years ago with an 80mm refractor. I learned alot about sketching since then. Maybe Its time to do a new one. Here is my old one.
