Jupiter 4 August new
      #2559104 - 08/04/08 09:41 AM Attachment (52 downloads)

Got to do some imaging tonight of Jupiter in fairly average seeing. Possibly around 6/10, maybe 6.5. The advantage of having Jupiter almost directly overhead certainly helps. Jet stream activity is not really all that favourable but as you can see I did get some nice detail. The image is a little grainier than I would normally like, but at this time of the year beggers cannot be choosers.

Peltier cooled C14 and Lumenera Skynyx 2-0

Terrific! Have you thought of creating a few frames of animation over a few hours? I can imagine it now...

Sorry guys I meant that I have a full rotation from earlier this year. I will sort something out about this sometime in the next couple of months. I am working on an upgrade to my site and hope to have the animation on it then.
