Making the best of clouds then overcast
      #2574913 - 08/11/08 05:26 PM

It was a very quiet night...not a speck of wind or other sounds. The sky was broken and getting worse. But the temperature was so nice and the quietness so exceptional that I decided to set up anyway. Having relearned so many times to sketch no matter what the circumstances, the excercise proved fruitful...at least for me, because I see objects and terrain and even clouds in a different light.

Roland,

Excellent, you always turn vinegar into honey.

Roland,

Observing between the clouds can be a challenge to any observer but it does not stop you. Thank you for sharing these observations with us all.

Carlos
