May I ask how heavy the C6 is? Could that increase stiction if it's a heavy scope? Vixen does put put a suggested weight limit on the Voyager of about 10 lbs.
I just got a Porta used from Astromart and am hoping to use it with my 102ED scope which is in the neighborhood of 10 lbs.

The C6 OTA by itself (no accessories) is about 10 lbs.
