First off welcome to CN!
Secondly a astrograph is a telescope who's main purpose is photography. They usually do wide field surveys of the sky to decent small & dim things like meteors, comets, etc. I don't know about a newtonian astrograph but I think it's just an astrograph with a reflector design.

A newtonian astrograph is a reflector based system. An astrograph is mainly for photography. It can be used for visual, however it usually has a very fast f-ratio. This means, in a newtonian, accurate collimation will be critical. If you are new to the hobby, I would not recommend one.

I like low mag, wide field instruments. Any additional collimation criticality aside, these do tend to make it a little easier on the begginer, so I would not rule it out.
