This one was shot in 1997 (I think) and scanned a few years ago.
3.5" Mak-Cass, at F/60 (two 2x teleconvertors), Kodacolor ISO 100 film, about a 1 sec. exposure. Olympus OM-1.
Wasted a lot of film back then, to get a decent pic.

Clive, interesting image!
Was this taken during a lunar eclipse? My reason in asking is because of the ruddy areas above the gray, and yellow areas above the ruddy areas, before the white areas at the top of the image. It's just more color than I would expect in an unfiltered image of the moon, even with film.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, Kenneth.
No eclipse involved.
The image is a scan of a 5x7" color print.
Any strange colorations are likely an artifact of the scanning or the original printing process.
Here's another shot taken the same year, same equipment.

Clive,
Your first photo portrays the Lobster's Claw (Crater Gutenberg), near the center of the shot at the western edge of Mare Fecunditatis, rather nicely.

Thanks, Dave.
One more for fun.
This was a couple of black and white prints, aligned and scanned. Slight tint added for effect.
