Read these articles and you should come away with a basic understanding of these eyepieces. Televue Eyepieces part 1... Nagler Eyepieces part 2... Nagler Mythos... This is not the end all of Televue Eyepiece information but these articles are a great introduction to the differences of these eyepieces.
