Well done.
Your putting the piece of wood on the side of the pier made me re-look at mine.
I too, had put inserts (3) in the sono-tube prior to pouring, so that I wood have something to attach items to.
But, of course, I'm going to run out of space.
Using a piece of wood (or similiar) will give more room to attach more than 3 items.

Jon, the orange form you used for the bottom of your pier - what are they called and where did you get yours?
Are they one size fits all or do they come in different sizes?

What did you do with the floor? In the photos it's just dirt. It looks like you're planning on pouring a floor?
