Does anyone own a newer MN55? I've heard older versions are hard to collimate but the new versions are easier. Anyone have an experience with this?
How about overall impressions about this scope? I've looked around and can't find much information.
I'm mostly interested in AP and would like more aperture - currently using a 90 APO - the MN55 seems like a cost-effective way of doing this. Any imagers out there using this scope?
Thanks for any information...

I've not got any info for you on this, but you may want to also consider the new Orion 190 mm f/5.3 Mak Newt.

Craig - thanks for the suggestion. That does look like an interesting scope. Unfortunately it also looks like it is a little too heavy for my mount right now. I'm trying to keep total weight to around 15 lbs. The MN55 seems to be about as large as I can go for that weight.

You might want to shoot Mark at Teton Telescopes a message about this.

I've already asked Mark a ton of questions about it. I was trying to bother someone else for a while.
