Seems that whole europe suffered from cirrus clouds during that eclipse. Through a small break in the clouds I managed to get some shots with my 80/500mm refractor.

Thanks, I did some minor tweaking to achieve a somewhat more neutral color balance. Funny, I was rather upset that I missed the last 2 total eclipses due to bad weather, because this one was "only" a partial eclipse, but at the end it was a great opportunity to try that HDR stuff manually in PS. I would never have done this if it was a total eclipse.
