Jupiter last night - 17/08 new
      #2587657 - 08/18/08 12:01 AM Attachment (23 downloads)

Hi all

This image was captured in variable seeing, never peaking to more than just above average.

We've had clear skies recently, but a continuing run of horrible seeing and it doesn't look like ending any time soon.

Cheers

Amazing image, especially if the seeing was bad. Thanks for having such a useful website! I put it on the useful links thread in beginning imaging.

Excellent job Mike!!
As always, I like your contrasty processing!!
I can clearly see how this CM has changed in a few days period. It's amost the same CM when the Ganymede transit started last August 11.
Best regards,

David
