Hi all,
a holiday trip, therefore one week no computer at hand, I could process a few data today.
Instrument: 8-in Newton.
Jupiter 19° above horizon.
An RGB image.
And moons from left to right: Ganymede, Callisto, Europa and Io.

Hi Torsten! I agree, GREAT Images for your latitude!! I think your RRGB version shows sligthly more contrast and sharpness than the RGB...  Bests,

That´s right. The reason is, that the red channel image showed significantly more detail than the RGB. So, I used it as luminance, and the RGB gave the colour information. In fact, the image is an LRGB with L = 100%R.
