A big thank you Jack, that was great show you put on last night. Amazing the detail one can see with a 6" scope and MCHP. Bravo

Thanks guys. It had been a long time since I both observed and broadcasted, and I knew if I did not do it last Friday night, then I would not be able to do so for a while due to the approach of the remants of Fay and another wrist surgery scheduled for Monday. I look forward to modifying my POD by placing it on an elevated deck and then installing my CPC1100 into it. The 6" refractor is nice, but not having GoTo capabilities or slow motion controls makes using it during broadcasts a pain.

For those who did not join last Friday's broadcast, here are a few frame grabs from the DVDs I recorded. I had the AGC set to minimum, and the exposure time was about 14 seconds. The scope was a 6" refractor at about f/4.
