On DeepMAp600, it says that 7184 is narrow, edge-on, and it's not too faint. Will it be a challenge, or is it an easy find with mag 4.5-5 skies?

At 11.8m it could be somewhat difficult in a 10" under the rather bright skies you indicate. Perhaps the core region is all you might glimpse?

My observation with 8" under NELM 4.5 skies: Very faint, fairly large, elliptical glow elongated NE to SW. Somewhat brighter center. Faint star nf halo in line with the orientation. Good viewing to you!
