Uranus is a cake walk in that scope, Neptune will be a bit more difficult but is an easy target once you get there. Currently Neptune is low in the sky so you will be punching through a lot of atmosphere so that's tough. In any event, once you get to th right area Neptune kind of sticks out, it's the only aquamarine "star" in the area, punch up the mag and it will become an obvious disk, albeit very small!

I am hoping I can see Neptune and Uranus for some odd reason. As for dark skies I live where it's a 3 to 4 on the Bortle scale. SO for the most part really nice skies. Not to mention the field I will be viewing in has no visible house/yard lights at all.
Sounds like you have a nice observing spot!
Neptune and Uranus will be easily visible, but don't expect much; just a small green or blue disk.
