CC company wont help since i recieved a scope(even though it was damaged)and the fed ex driver encouraged me to return it,and i also used a CC conveniance check,which is also something they wont have anything to do with,so that will be the last one of those i use.

As you've been advised, _contact the Attorney General_ of his state. I've had to do this with one miscreant over the past 20 years or so. Worked.
Another tip for folks who run into troubles of this sort: if the item was ordered by mail, the first person to contact is the Postmaster, these folks but the fear of God in the baduns in a hurry.

Looks like DBA Astroproducts has merged with Anttlers. If so, you might want to take up your complaints with them.

Thanks anyhow Don,the merge took place about a year and a half ago or so,and Dale from DBA has nothing to do with Anttlers.I just find it hard to sit back and loose my money,hopefully the actions i have taken will help.

I had dealt with Dale a few times on some accessories and a 10" Dob, hated to see him go out of business as he was a great guy to deal with.

I really see no reason to continue this thread. Those that have lost money have gotten advice on how to handle their problems. We wish them well in their attempts. It is apparent that both Attlers and DBA are no longer in business. Sad but true. Let's move on.
