Thinking about upgrading to an EQ mount, don't really want to do a wedge, do I have any options besides a losmandy or CGE? Thanks!

Yes, an atlas will hold a 12" LX200.
It will be on the very edge of performance and you may or may not be happy with it. You might have to make your own counterweights.
I'd advise a larger mount like a G-11 or Titan.

I notice you have some astrophotography equipment in your sig. If that's the case I'd have to say to pass on the Atlas. As Steve said, you'll be on the very upper edge of capacity (perhaps, really, beyond). While this might be ok for visual, astroP would certainly be frustrating at best and out of the question at worst.

Visual yes, imaging, no. G11 or CGE is the next step.

Yes...BUT... You are stongly advised to switch to a Losmandy style saddle plate and investigate a longer, stronger counterweight shaft.

The Meade SCT's are very heavy. I was surprised by how much weight was in my 10" tube. You might get lucky and find a good used CGE like I did.

Or go for a used CI-700 or even an lxd750.
