Gee Dave what are you going to do with all that extra room in the WSO? Dance lessons, a lazyboy recliner (oh wait you really don't want to fall asleep again do you?), or maybe a mini bar?

Oh and I do have to add to the chorus ... that CF tubed Vixen is really gorgeous. Just how do you handle having a permanent smile 7 x 24?

Thanks! Yeah, it was funny... when Bobby first posted pictures of his R200SS CF redo; I just had this like "red haze" that kinda came upon me...

Hadda have it... So I shamelessly nudged Bobby about it.

See, I had always (originally) wanted an R200SS for its unique combination of fast f4 optics and light weight... Didn't act on it because I was able to score a great deal on a used SN8 at a time when cashflows were "challenging"; and a new R200SS was NOT inexpensive!...

but then seeing one with Carbon Fiber AND a FeatherTouch, and nicely refinished hardware...

well, the pull was quite simply irresistable...

My additional/incremental investment, after selling the SN8+MoonLite, the Parallax rotating Rings, and the LXD55 (which I never used), was only around the price of an Ethos...

So I "justified it" by telling myself that I won't get the 17 Ethos when it comes out!

I choose to NOT think about how much was "sunk" into buying amazing Parallax rotating rings, and then selling them used... not going THERE!

I was SO tired last night that I fell asleep instead of going out side (hoping I can tonight though). Dying to see how the perfectly collimated (now) R200CF works out.

clear enough skies all!

That looks really sharp Dave! Can't wait to see some video\pix from the new set up.
Can you let us know the diff. between the RS and your now sold SN8?
