There is so much great stuff going on this year. I just signed up at 100HA.

I am about to email the local Astronomy club here and light a fire under them, not to mention the Planetarium nearby. I looked on the IYA2009/US site under "local activities" IYA Supporters and not one group here in Maine has signed up to promote "there existence" shame, but I will be changing that if I have to sign them up myself.

It's snowing tonight as I type here and I'm thinking, I can't wait to get out under dark skies and look up anew. Don.

I was just at Griffith Observatory on Tuesday. That's where I'll be on April 4th for the 100HA - solar and night sky - join us!

I see Griffith is not on the 100HA official page list - on next week's list to get it there!!!
