I have it and it's a terrific scope. Great for wide field and also can be pushed using high magnification without the image deteriorating. Hardly any false color. Extremely well made. I bought the deluxe version that comes with a nice fitted aluminum case and a 2" Meade Series 5000 dielectric diagonal. It does have a single-speed Crayford, but so far that hasn't been a problem. It's a smooth operating unit. Even at high magnification I can easily reach perfect focus. It's a very compact scope so it's ideal for taking on a trip.

Steve, I bought one for my new 12" LX200ACF and its awesome. Tack sharp, barely any noticable color and just right for me. Price is hard to beat also. I just bought the scope not the deluxe. Already had the 2" diagonal and who needs another case!! Check out telescopes.com and see if they have just the scope.

Thanks, but I was wondering if Steve was ordering one from a Canadian dealer and what the price from them would be.

Steve,
I've had one since shortly after they came out. I think it is a very good scope. I concur with everything starlighter said. Nice sharp images except. I don't see the false color he mentioned. It could be my tired old eyes.
I would like it even more if it had a dual speed focuser, but I use it more for imaging than viewing, so focus is more critical there.
