The IYA 2009 was officially opened by Federal Science Minister Sabine Laruelle at the Brussels Planetarium on Friday 16th January 2009. Belgium's weather forecaster Frank Deboosere also demonstrated the US $ 10.00 scope which will be made available to the public from March 2009 onwards... www.planetarium.be
