I use 2" widefields to 6mm planetaries for different targets. The 26mm supplied with the etx just squeezes the moon into the field so one EP could be longer focal length than 26mm. Last night Jupiter would not show more detail with anything smaller than a 12mm. To use the smaller focal length EPs (Like 6MM)you need still, clear air which is rare. One of the advantages of the maks is that they work well with less expensive EPs.
