Anyone ever heard of Helinon-Japan Circle T ? new [Re: woodsman]
      #2715177 - 10/23/08 09:37 PM

Just spotted this on the e-place. I've never heard of Helinon but it's Japanese with the Circle T mark.

Helinon 114mm Reflector

(I'm not the seller of this scope.)

You need to look at this Minneapolis area estate sale...
Has what appears to be a Cave Astrolla Cassegrain that appears to be in excellent condition. They also have a toolshop that anybody would envy... Too bad I can't make the run up there for that one.

Daren:

I'd go BROKE at that auction! I think it's easier to imaging what is NOT in that collection than what IS in it! It would be fun just to look at some of that stuff, especially that 1940's TV!!

WOW,WOW,WOW, did you see all that great stuff? Can all that be in one house? It's amazing, we spend all our life amassing our stuff only to have it all appear on Craigslist in the end .

I gotta hand it to the guy, that is quite the collection.

He who dies with the most toys wins... Just about every toy you could think of. Mainfraim computer, Segway, cedar strip sailing canoe, more electronics than Nasa, More wood working tools than the Amish, more trains than Western pacific, More tools then The Home Depot, A cannon, A Catapult, A printing press, more books than some libraries, More antiques than the Antique Roadshow ever had...

I guess he won...

Judging by the toys he/she had I would say he/she lived quite happy and to accumulate all that must have lived a long life too... Gotta respect him or her for that. Though all will die those who live well until they die lived best...

I'm just darned glad I don't live near that sale. Too many toys...er...tools and such that I'd love to have, particularly those brass locos!
