Hello, I'm new here. Found this place on my endless wandering of Discovery and all it's networks. Well, I'm 15, and I have a question. I absolutely love astronomy, but more so physics and cosmology. My parents are set against not wanting me to go to college for more than two years locally. I was wondering, what are some good colleges to look at in the US mainly that will offer scholarships for students looking into the field of cosmology? If anyone could help me in my search, that'd be wonderful. Also, one day I wish to visit CERN, already taken the french classes! All right, I think too much for my own good, and talk on here. Still, if anyone could help with my initial question, that truly would help.

Good on you Blueberry. 
I wish my own 15 year old was so focused already. 
UC Berkeley might be a good one. George Smoot is a professor there.
Harvard probably is well thought of as well.
Schools in Arizona or New Mexico would have the benefit of clear skies and excellent southern hemisphere exposure.
I'm sure there are many schools to choose from. Probably more than there are employment opportunities after graduate school. 
Look through here before deciding anything.
