Yeah, I know I told a lotta folks Greg would pry SkyTools 2 outa my cold dead hands , but the Pro edition of "3" is is now up and runnin'at the old manse. While I haven't been able to test it under the stars yet, I'm impressed already. Lotsa nice, new cool stuff, but--and this is very important to your computer-phobic ol' Uncle--it looks almost the same as the good ol' ST2 I've been usin' these many years. I hope to get it out with the NS11 in the next week or two, and will let y'all know how I like the new one. We've had anything BUT clear skies here, I'm afraid--though for once that is coninciding with a fat Moon. I hope to get out to the club dark site weekend after next (next weekend will be spent with Miss Dorothy natch) with SkyTools 3 and the NexStar 11. That will give me some time to get the feel of it, too. Like I said, looks comfortinglythe same, mostly, but with _lots_ o' new goodies, too. I haven't even scratched the surface yet.
