Buster, you share my birthday...however...I'll be 45

Happy Birthday, Buster!

BTW, I still feel I'm 35...a great age!

And a Happy Birthday to you, too, Tom!

All I wish for my birthday is a clear night, but all I'm getting is this dreadful snow/rain/sleet combination. Ah well, maybe Santa will be good to me and send me some good weather.

Thanks everyone! I have what I want...a happy, healthy wife, 5 rotten kids that are the best and I'm still here!

I would like that clear night, too!

Hey Buster and Tom, Happy Birthday to you both (have a young friend here who shares your birthday and HER biggest wish is that she passes her driver's license test). I hope you both have a wonderful day and clear skies tonight (is it possible Tom).

Emanuele, that site was very neat. I did get to see three meteors last night in a sucker hole that opened up last night. LarryC

miniventures I'm glad you like the website and that you saw some meteors.

Yesterday was cloudy here due to a cold front passing.

Buster and Emanuele, I'm receiving my Nexstar 80GT tomorrow so I'm going to name it after you.

At least until Thursday.

Matt you should name it after Tom, not me. He's the one sharing the birthday with Buster!

No clear nights tonight, Larry. Thanks for the cake Norvin! Matt, you really need to pay attention and stop dreaming about your new scope!

Ah, yes, I was given a clear night for my birthday! Plus, all the snow from yesterdays storm (6 inches) is already gone. Now, if I can just do something about this wind...

Thanks for the cake, Norvin, though I can't see the picture! (I'll take Tom's word for it)

Matt, don't name the scope after me. If you do, it's guaranteed to need collimation and be constantly out of focus.

Gonna go set the Mak outside to cool. At this temperature, it should be ready for viewing by tomorrow morning.
