Portabracket on Portamount with SV 102

I've added one of Dave/Manny's Portabrackets to my Portamount. The clamshell on the SV 102ED was an awkward fit, so the added space and re-orientation of the scope works very well.

I'm considering a Portabracket to use with my Lunt 60mm solar scope. With the Portabracket are you able to point the scope at zenith? Looking at the photo it appears that the Portabracket handle would prevent this.
