19Ah seems OK for a night if only powering the mount, but the output says 1000 mA. That's one amp. Mounts of this class can draw upwards of 2.5 amps during a slew. I'd want to know what the fusing is on the 12V output plug line.

If you are looking for a jack of all trades power supply like that black and decker you might also want to check out the Wagan brand stuff, they sell some models at fry's electronics, but even more online.

I was using a 7 amp hour for my CGEM but it actually ran out of power one time after about 8 hours of constant usage. So I switched to a 10 amp hour battery to be safe.
