Now I've moved over to using EQMOD software to guide my HEQ5 my handset is now sitting in my accessories box. I was looking at the Skywatcher web site at the multi mount (I have the Acuter Merlin version but it looks identical) and they say that they have a synscan version. I've not seen it here in the UK but is there anyone here who could say if I can use the handset and if so any ideas on the pinouts of the sysnscan? I've read here about the supplied handset mods and pinouts. So I think it could be doable as it were.
