Hi all,

here is todays Gassendi. Sketching was a little difficult because of the plenty details in Gassendi and the seeing was not good due to the haze.

I observed with an ED 120/900 at 225x.

An excellent observation of Gassendi. This is one of my favorite craters to observe. Thank you for sharing it with us all.

Cai,

You have beautifully captured the appearance of this great floor fractured crater. Do revisit this one again under different lighting; this crater always gives a pleasing view for sketching.

Not only are you an excellent imager, but you're an excellent sketcher as well!
