Hi,
A first opportunity to see STS-119 Discovery from here was at high range,a maximum pass of 32 degrees above the horizon.At the time of imaging the shuttle was approaching the station for docking and therefore part of a beautiful tandem,a wonderfull sight,never seen so nice before.The telescopic view shows only one of the 2 spacecraft as the 2 were separated by a few degrees.
The large range of 618 kilometres and the large angle offers a chance to see the shuttle from its side as in this image.Considering the distance,the altitude above the horizon and the fact the seeing was poor,it's a wonder that still these details can be seen.

oops I missed this post earlier !!
Inpressive shot, we have to wait a few weeks more to see the ISS. Last time the passes were really low.
