Hello all, A contact of mine has "verified" that a man in Germany near Munich has a Celestron C22 that he's owned for some 20-25 years. This contact of mine goes to Germany on occasion for work-related duties. He was introduced to him once, and has actually visited with him and seen the scope.
The problem is that he doesn't know his full name, address, or email.
The man who owns the C22 is called "Johannes," but I don;'t know if that's his first name, last name, or nickname. I've written to Thomas Baader, who has heard about him, but doesn't know him either.
Somebody over in Germany must know who this man is, through a club or somewhere.
Are there any German members who can help me track this man down, or that could give me further contacts in Germany where I could write and ask?

I've tried posting at a similar forum in Germany, as well as contacting a few other members from here and Astromart. So far, nobody seems to know this man. Any help would still be appreciated. How hard can it be to find a man with a Celestron C22? Somebody must know him!
