Dee,
Thank you for your wonderful sequence of prominence observations. The use of the brilliant sunshine yellow ink and the scarlet watercolor was excellent. You have captured the flow of the prominences very nicely. Thank you for sharing them with us all.

Dee, those are just the most amazing sketches, full of the heat of the sun! You have really captured the intricacy of the proms, the brightness of the view - the sketches are so alive

Jim, do feel free to try an animation if you like, I do not have a notion how to go about that.
Dee feeling better today
Glad you're feeling better.
I'm going to try and attach my attempt at animating your first 7 sketches... not sure if it's going to work (and it's likely to be super tiny due to size limitations on CN).
Super Tiny indeed...I did a "full size" version, but it's 3MB and I don't know where to host it for you... BTW, this was my very first attempt at creating an animated GIF. I followed the instructions from this site I found by Googling it (and the fact that I have Photoshop...).
Ok, I found that Flickr won't allow GIFs, but Picasa/Google does. So here's a link to the "full sized" version of the animated GIF.

Jim, thank you very much indeed for your work on this it looks great.
The super tiny version is so cute, almost as tiny as I see the real thing. Thanks also for the link to the photo shop tutorial

Fantastic use of color, Dee.
BTW, if it helps, here's the animation tutorial I wrote up awhile back specifically for sketching animations. Link to animating your sketches.
Each of the tutorial images are clickable for larger images.

Sally thank you , I know that you are well tuned into watercolor in the finest sense of its expression. I am just playing with it.
Erika thanks for the reminder of your tutorial.
I am not a computer head ,it will take me some time to read and figure out animation.
